- 689,000 tonnes of municipal solid waste was collected from the kerbside, which equates to 416 kg per person, or 999 kg per household serviced.
- Of the total waste collected South Australia recovered 205,600 tonnes of organics and 133,400 tonnes of recyclables, representing a total recovery rate of 49.2%.
