Nikki is an experienced chairperson and executive, and has worked across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She is a director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the National Australia Day Council, and is also the owner of the nationally renowned Star of Greece restaurant in Port Willunga, and the Victory Hotel in Sellicks Beach. In 2025 Nikki was appointed as a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for her significant contribution to tourism, hospitality and economic development.
